Lucua Prakashini is a guide, teacher, and consciousness practitioner dedicated to helping people reconnect with their innate wholeness, wisdom, and freedom. Her work bridges practical healing, timeless self-knowledge, and spiritual expansion through three complementary pathways: BodyTalk, Vedanta4All, and Light Love Merkaba.

A lifelong seeker of truth, Lucua's journey took a profound turn in 2012 when she was introduced to Vedanta. Through its clear and uncompromising logic, her final questions regarding identity and the nature of reality were resolved, revealing a deep and abiding understanding of the Self. Since then, she has been committed to sharing this transformative wisdom in a structured, practical, and accessible way.

As a Certified BodyTalk PaRama Practitioner, Lucua supports individuals in restoring harmony within the body-mind system by recognising the central role consciousness plays in health and wellbeing. Her work is grounded, pragmatic, and focused on helping people experience meaningful change in their daily lives.

In 2017, a friend encouraged Lucua to begin offering Activations in the natural, practical, and down-to-earth manner for which she had become known. Rather than adopting the "woo-woo" often associated with this field, she approached these experiences with clarity, structure, and discernment. Over time, this evolved into High Priesthood Initiations and, more recently, the Cosmic Expansions offered through Light Love Merkaba.

Today, Lucua shares her work through personal sessions, online learning, spiritual teachings, and transformational programs. Her intention remains the same: to help people discover the calm, freedom, joy, and self-knowledge that are already present at the heart of who they are.
